Notify agency of any changes to the order, for example, ordering a new survey.2.  Underwriting/Production Understand underwriting principles. Process an acceptable number of title reports, policies, and other documents during normal work hours. Responsible for the order in which the title report is delivered. Details: Argo Select currently has a challenging opportunity for a temporary Claims Clerk located in Peoria, Illinois to provide clerical support to claims technicians in the daily management of workers’ compensation claims.  As this position is temporary in nature, the position is not eligible for any benefits other than government mandated benefits and direct deposit.  The end date of this temporary assignment is unknown at this time, but anticipated to be through 8 October 2010. Specific job duties and responsibilities include: Process approved bills by entering data into our computer system and printing checks. (co-pay sheets, charge sheets, demographic information, and insurance information) • Contacts Charge Entry Specialist to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data. • Enters alphabetic, numeric or symbolic data such as CPT codes, Diagnostic codes, date of service, name and date of birth of patient, and payment information into computer following format displayed of screen. • Compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of data to be entered. Verifying of patient information (date of birth, address, insurance information, and guarantor). Verifies that necessary forms are accompanying payment information. (charge offs, discount sheets) • Responsible for taking batches back to coding with issues flagged/marked. • Responsible for putting batches in Document Management’s tray for back logging. • Must pass compliance testing. • Must meet charge entry goals. • Must meet deadlines as assigned.
